At First Light Coffee, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We do our best to process all returns within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at annie@firstlightcoffeemd.com so we can assist you.
First Light Coffee will cover the cost of return shipping.
Some of our items are shipped from locations separate from our primary location. In these cases, we will work closely with our vendors to facilitate a smooth return and refund process.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee products or used merchandise unless there is a quality issue.
